1. Agreement

3. What the Site is
The Site describes our automation and AI consulting services. Any actual engagement — including the scope, deliverables, pricing, and payment terms — will be set out in a separate written agreement (SOW or MSA) signed by both parties. Nothing on this Site alone creates a services contract.
4. Content and intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, the PerpetuFlo name and mark, site design, code — is owned by PerpetuFlo or its licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. You may view and share links to public pages for personal or internal business use. You may not copy, republish, or repurpose our content, branding, or materials without our written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities, or bypass any authentication or security mechanism.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its networks (e.g., DDoS, scraping that degrades performance).
- Submit false or misleading information, impersonate anyone, or send unsolicited commercial messages through our contact channels.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from the Site.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites or services we don't control (social platforms, partners). We're not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Access them at your own risk.
7. Disclaimer of warranties

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Site is limited to USD $100. Liability under any signed services agreement will be governed by that agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold PerpetuFlo harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to the Site or Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also revise these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Termination
